Bullying and Hounding a user. 'Die ♥♥♥♥♥♥' was (and is) not an inside joke and it was targeted again maliciously toward that user after being told to stop. We don't tolerate this kind of behavior at all.

Harassing users one on one, ableist and generally still edges rules and being a nuisance. Shape up as this is the last warning before a permaban. UPDATE: Ban evasion. We ran out of warnings for you, it's a permaban.
