Привет, дальнобойщики.

В прошедший четверг, около полуночи, у нас произошёл технический сбой, который привёл к повреждению базы данных и ближайших бэкапов.

К сожалению крайний бэкап, который мы смогли восстановить, привёл к несоизмеримой рассинхронизации и отсутствию связанности между базой данных и данными в игровых профилях.

То, что уже было запланировано на этот год но гораздо позднее, мы вынуждены реализовать уже сейчас. К сожалению, другого выхода нет.

Все игроки начинают сначала, с чистого листа.

Аккаунты всех игроков сброшены. Вся статистика, истории доставок/начислений/нарушений, архивы грузов, архивы транспорта и мероприятия очищены.

На данный момент проводится автоматическая синхронизация всех аккаунтов с аккаунтами TruckersMP и повторная синхронизация друзей в Steam.

С учётом опыта допущенных ошибок, приведших к данному инциденту, проведены работы для недопущения его повторения в будущем.

Искренне приносим свои извинения за данный инцидент и вынужденное, болезненное решение, которое пришлось принять.

Hello truckers.

Last Thursday, around midnight, we had a technical glitch that caused damage to the database and nearby backups.

Unfortunately, the nearest backup that we were able to restore led to an incommensurable desynchronization and a lack of connectivity between the database and the data in the game profiles.

What was already planned for this year, but much later, we have to implement now. Unfortunately, there is no other way out.

All players start over, with a clean slate.

All players' accounts have been reset. All statistics, delivery/accruals/violation histories, cargo archives, transport archives, and events have been deleted.

At the moment, all accounts are being automatically synchronized with TruckersMP accounts and friends are being re-synchronized on Steam.

Taking into account the experience of the mistakes that led to this incident, work has been carried out to prevent its recurrence in the future.

We sincerely apologize for this incident and the forced, painful decision that had to be made.
