Now, this doesn't come without its flaws. Incentivizing support is great, of course! However, people might become impatient if whoever they're helping isn't responding as quickly or as well as they wanted. Its different for every person of course, but some take more time than others. Not to rag on this group, because I will be joining because I appreciate what the group is for and the impact it could potentially have on others.
