2 scraps or 4 craft weapons -> 1 hat
Sounds impossible? Let me introduce you TF2 Raffle hats and Misc!
This group is using simple system how to help small players to earn hats, but only if they will have luck!
Every player gives 2 scrap metals to Admin. He will use random.org to find a winner of hat. Simple? Yes!
It deppends o n how u will be fast, because when there is a samll ammount of players, u will have a bigger chance.

RULES
-No spaming!
-Don't be angry, if you didn't win!(write about there,spaming and other)

So wake up and play! :)

Just so you know ... i am not sure, that you can take stuff like metals from people and then just make a raffle here on steam. There is a website made for raffles. BTW you have got some grammar mistakes in the description of the group.

It is simple. When this group will have 30+ members every member who will want to earn some hat, gives 2 scraps (or 4 weapons). Then admin will use random.org to choose the winner. When there will be more players, prizes will be bigger :33 :)
