The Gibus-Apocalypse is upon us!

I'm sick and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of being grouped with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, gibus-Snipers and Spies and people who have a cerebral meltdown when you mention the word "teamwork".
You're sick of these ♥♥♥♥♥ too? Want to be able to group up with people who are familiar with teamwork and don't go HURR DURR I GO SHNIPER on a team that already has 3 of these? You hate to be in a team with ♥♥♥♥ like this:

How does this ♥♥♥♥ work?
-------------------------------------

- You create a party in Casual TF2, make an event and hopefully, members of the group will see your event and join in if they feel like playing.
OR
- You see someone else in the group made an announcement asking for people to join and you join them.

Please do mention US, EU or whatever area you're from when making an event.


Rules
---------
This is not a clan. There are no real rules. All we do, is give people a possibility to group up and play Casual. This is a Public group, everyone can join.
Your skill doesn't matter.
Your hours in TF2 don't matter.
Your age doesn't matter.
Your XP level doesn't matter.
Your country of residence doesnt matter.
We don't give a ♥♥♥♥ if you're some pr0, intermediate or even quite new to TF2.

All we ask, is that you're not retarded and that you know at least the basics of proper teamwork. This means:

- If you see your team already has several Snipers, don't go Sniper. Go a class useful to the team
- Same for Spy
- Communicate. Mic, in game chat, Mumble, I don't give a ♥♥♥♥. But at least be responsive.
- Have common sense.
- Don't be afraid to kick out gibus-idiots who go Sniper or Spy when your team already has enough. This is not nice you say? Who gives a ♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥ these Sniper/Spy spammers.
- Don't hesitate to votekick noobs who have 0 points after, like, 10 minutes of play. Even if you're new to the game, unless you're retarded, scoring at least a few points isn't magic.
- Don't be a ♥♥♥♥.
- Don't be overly elitist: inexperienced players are welcome. They may not be super good, but if they're communicative and have common sense, they'll be more useful than that random gibusvision noob the game will put in your team.

How to recognize idiots, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and gibus-potato's

- They often have no avatar, but the default black box question mark avatar
- They often have no capital letters in their names
- They often have random numbers in their name
- They often wear the gibus, the Pyrovision or both
- They're retarded

♥♥♥♥ complaints. As I said, this is not a clan. This is just a group that helps people group up for Casual games. If you lost or if you didn't enjoy your game of casual, deal with it.
