SmartPrice is the human embodiment of teenage cancer and good-value food. It was formed by ASDA with the intention of preaching the gospel of budget food shopping, and to educate everyone that SmartPrice is the best own-brand there is.

The mystical book of Aisle II tells us that the elders of ASDA required a team of knights to help the barbaric lands of Waitrose and Ocado learn the truth about low-price, high-quality food. This crack team, labelled SmartPrice and reduced to half price, were destined to fight across all fields to teach the gospel of value.

In the United Kingdom, there is a prosperous and glorious supermarket called Asda. Asda, despite being already intended as a store for the more cash-strapped families, has a range of low-price, high-value projects, called SmartPrice.

We're currently competing in the UKCSGO Weekly Tournaments, so we can get acquainted with the tournament systems, and also improve on our mentality as we work in 128tick competitive play. We're also looking for other teams to spar with.

There's a common misconception that you get in a team by being good. This is only half the answer. It's moreso the chemistry, and the ability to get on with your teammates, that makes a team. We prioritise liking you. Sure, you need decent skill, but we'd rather have a cool guy middlefragging than a ragey ♥♥♥♥ topfragger (*ahem* Tuvey). Don't get your hopes up though, we hate everyone.
