looked up the definition for ibud, and urban dictionary came up with this:

IBUD
Acronym for "International Break Up Day" Observed on Feb 13, Annually.

Joe: hey, Bill are you buying your girl flowers and candy for valentines day?
Bill: Hell no I am Observing International Break Up Day. IBUD is the day before.
