Any main's that miss more than 3 games without a good exuse will be turned into a sub.

Let us know if you can not make it to a game/practice a head of time so we can find a replacement

We will be having weekly practices Friday and Saturday Nights at around 8:00PM Eastern Time, Main's will be required to come unless they have a good reason not to, rule 1 applies here too.

Subs can also come to practices but not scims unless we say that they can
