1- Join TF2 servers and take them over. (No hacks literally all skill based)

2- Forcefully put an end to or stop spawn campers, trolls, and hackers on some personal favorite servers.

3- Weed out the squeakers with breif periods of spawn camping and make sure they dont come back to some personal favorite servers.

4- Make friends to talk to and or trade with =D
