GENERAL SERVER RULES

A1. No Disrespect / harassment / sexual harassment / trolling / prejudice / racism / minging

A2. No hacking / exploiting / cheating

A3. No microphone spamming. (Playing sounds / music for an extended amount of time.)

A4. No chat spamming. (Sending a lot or the same messages over and over.)

A5. No spamming the camera flash. (Not only is it annoying but can give people seizures)

A6. No impersonating staff members or members of the community.

A7. Do not evade or avoid punishment (Walking away from staff while they talk to you, logging off while staff is speaking with you.)

A8. No advertising other servers, communities or any businesses.

A9. You cannot have a name made up mostly or entirely of Unicode/Special characters.

A10. Absolutely no bullying of players.

A11. Please keep vulgar content (Swearing) to a minimum.

A12. The admin calls off the sit, you do not.

A13. No sexual or offensive content/text in your name or in advert/ooc.

A14. No advertisement of any kind in any form of way.

GENERAL RP RULES

B1. Do not Random Death Match. (Also known as RDM.) RDM is the act of killing or attacking someone without reason relating to the context of RP.

B2. Do not "Friend Claim", this is the act of killing anyone who kills someone else just because you claim to be "friends". To be valid 'friends' you must have some RP relation to that character. (E.G. Basing with him, in his gang, or his body guard.)

B3. Do not break New Life Rule. (Also known as NLR.) Is the rule that states you cannot remember details from your past life before you died or before you were killed. You may not return to your area of death for three minutes. If you did get RDMed than you may return to your position. Also you may not return to your base/home UNTIL the raid is called off if you have been raided. *Just because the "bubble" disappeared, doesn't mean you can automatically run back to your base/area.*

B4. Do not Fail RP. This is the act of failing to role play a job properly within the scope of the rules. If you are in a specific job requiring you to carry out specific duties and you are failing to carry out those duties, you will be demoted. (Ex: Cops stealing from people, etc.)

B5. Do not Random Demote. This is when you demote someone without good reason. You are allowed to demote within role-play reasons. (Ex: Cop stealing from gun store.) Do not demote if they break rules such as RDM and NLR. They will be rightfully punished by the admins.

B6. Do not Job Abuse. (Also called self-supplying) This is the act of abusing a job for personal gain and avoiding your responsibility to RP as the job title you have selected. (Ex: Going gun dealer to buy yourself weapons then switching back to gangster, etc.)

B7. Do not directly seek vengeance on the CP that arrested you once you've been released. You may however, place a hit on that CP.

B8. No scamming players. (Ex: Pretend to sell items or services, then take the money without providing those items or services.)

B9. Do not meta-game. Using [ooc] Out Of Character information to benefit yourself in an In Character situation. (Ex: using 'printer sparks' as a reason for warranting someone.)

B10. No random props in the streets, in the air, etc. (Known as Prop Spam.)

B11. Do not Edit or Build your base during a raid. (This targets raiders as well. Do not block off entrances to keep people out or put cameras inside enemy bases.)

B12. You can not re-lock doors and/or fading doors with the intent on slowing down a raider.

B13. Spamming the knock function constantly is not allowed

B14. Do not body block unless it makes complete sense in the context of role-play.

B15. We are a Semi Serious Dark RP server. Verbal commands such as "You are bound and gagged." do not apply. People may role-play it out but they do not have to listen to you if they don't want to.

B16. Do not spawn and use printers as a bomb or method of destroying and killing. This is
called 'printer bombing' and is forbidden.

B17. Do not hit box. This is the act of being able to shoot someone without them being able to shoot you back.

B18. No Baiting, waiting for someone to do something in RP and then either killing or arresting them after they call whatever they were going to do. (Ex. Someone calls raid on your base and you blast them while you're right behind them.)

B19. You cannot own big plots of area and block them off.

B20. You can not do hits, mugs, killing, etc. in spawn. Spawn is a safe place. If you a being killed and you run into spawn, the killer may still kill you. (Only if you have been damaged)

B21. Do not Fading Door Abuse. You must use your keypad that has a 4 digit code to enter in your base and you can not use your hotkey to shut out raiders from entering your base. (Ex: Using your hotkey to enter into your base quickly or using it to open and close a window to shoot out of.)

B22. You can not change your job name. You must role play as your job and follow your job description. (If you wish to have a custom job made with your custom description, please talk to Royal.)

B23. You can not randomly kill yourself with a suicide bind or suicide in console. You also can not kill yourself with props. This gives admins a hard time and confuses admins to see if someone is prop killing, suiciding is just minging and spams the screen.

B24. You can not make "cults" or "parties" with players that are not in the same job services. (Ex: Cops making a party with gun dealers, gangsters, etc.) You can however, make reasonable parties that have gangsters and a medic, thieves and parkour masters, etc.

B25. No materials on fences.

B26. You can not block off any part in the map. You can own one big house/base and fortify it with your party members.

B27. You can not build on the tunnels. It's unrealistic to get up there and one of the roofs is a spawn.

B28. No Toll Bridges (Blocking off areas and making people pay to get through) Also no random props on the streets. Don't be a smart ass about it or you'll just get kicked for being a minge.

B29. No materials/color (tool) on cameras. *No cameras inside enemy bases unless you are apart of the base in some RP way.*

B30. You can not own more than one pet(s).

B31. Absolutely no props in spawn, no killing in spawn, all the doors and building around/inside spawn is un-ownable so don't build their either.

B32. You cannot have text screen(s) that explains it's a Blood/Crip/Etc. area.

B33. You cannot have a bunch of text screens randomly placed in the map or in one place.

B34. No mass genocide, even if you advert it.

B35. Just because Crips and Bloods "don't like each other" doesn't mean you can kill each other ever time you see them. If you want to kill them every time you see them, you have to start a gang war.

B36. You can not use the black material tool, doesn't matter what you are "materializing". Use some other material type.

B37. No traps. (Ex: Trapping people with a dupe while kidnapping.) *Be original*

B38. No Death Match arenas. (Unless approved by an Admin or up.)

B39. Trespassing is an obvious KOS, you do not need a KOS sign. (Ex: You're not raiding but you go inside someone's base with out their permission, they can kill you) *If you are caught baiting by leaving your door open for people to come in to shoot them, you will be punished*

B40. Anyone can own any building that's not owned by a job group. (Ex: The PD building door group is Government Officials Only, the bank is owned by the Banker, etc.)

B41. Listen to the signs that are permanent on the server (Ex: Like the non-rp area in spawn) There is more posted through out the map/server.

B42. There is no such thing as "Justice Killing" (Ex: A cop gets murdered but no harm was done to you, but you still kill the killer.)

B43. You can not place cameras to look inside others bases.

PROP RULES

C1. Do not Prop Spam. (Excessively spawning props.)

C2. Do not Prop Kill. (Killing players with props.)

C3. Do not Prop Push (Using a prop to push someone physically.)

C4. Do not spawn extremely large or explosive props. (That may lag or kill people.)

C5. Do not build in the streets or public areas. (Hobos and pets may only build outside and on the curbs, it is OK if it is on the street a little. Also relates to rule B26.)

C6. Do not prop block. (Purposely block players.) You may prop block doors if there is one legit way for people to get in.

C7. Do not prop trap. (Trapping people with props.) For kidnapping you may make a box but it must have a keypad with it.

C8. Do not prop climb. (Using props to get an altitude advantage to buildings or bases.)

C9. Do not prop surf. (Spawning a prop and using it to get around or fly on it.)

BASING RULES

D1. People who own property also own the curb in-front of their property.

D2. You can not have more than 4 fading doors for the entrance.

D3. Cannot have fake or useless keypads.

D4. Keypads must be in plain sight and close to the door that it opens.

D5. Your base cannot be impossible to raid.

D6. You cannot make small holes to shoot out of at least half your body must be visible.

D7. You cannot put fading doors on un-own able doors.

D8. All keypads fading timer cannot be less than 5 seconds.

D9. Bases cannot have invisible props or entities.

D10. One way props and windows are allowed. The prop can not be black, must have some color/material.

D11. You may do fading door windows to shoot out of. The fading door has to be linked to a keypad with 4 numbers and has to be held for a minimum of 5 seconds, nothing lower. (You cannot press hot key to open and shut fading doors.)

D12. You can build on the roof of your building if you own all of the property that is below it. (This includes having a station set like a meth lab on the roof, you must own the property below.)

D13. You must have one keypad or button on each side of a fading door. (Unless its shop box, or a shooting window.)

D14. You cannot make one way props to shoot out of.

D15. You cannot have fading doors that are overly confusing such as, having a black room with a fading door that opens into another black room.

D16. No bases with a crouch tunnels and crouch entrances.

D17. No no-collide walls where you pop in and out for shooting.

D18. There can not be keypads that leads to another keypad to open a door.

D19. No "whack-a-mole" bases. This is a sense of having in optical illusion base easy for the defenders to defend and hard for the raiders to raid. *No optical illusion bases what so ever.*

D20. You can prop block all entrances except for one.

"BUILDING" SIGN RULES

E1. When there is a sign that says "Building", you must respect the player and leave them alone.

E2. You can not raid, mug, or do a hit while they are building with the sign up.

E3. You are not allowed to have any money printers or shipments while you have a "Building" sign up. If you do so and you are caught, the person is allowed to raid your building or go to an Admin for a punishment.

E4. There is no time limit for how long the sign is up for. As long as you don't have printers or shipments, build as long as you want.

E5. It is your responsibility to take down the sign once you are done building.

E6. If you abuse the sign and have printers or shipments in your building, it will all be destroyed and you will be punished.

RAIDING RULES

F1. Time between raids is 15 minutes on the same person or base.

F2. Do not raid the police department or the mayor within 5 minutes of him being elected into PD.

F3. Do not raid any Dealer right after you buy something from them. (Gun Dealer, Drug Dealer, etc.)

F4. Do not use a camera that is no-collided to see inside another person base.

F5. You cannot block or knockdown cameras to blind defenders.

F6. Placing C4 anywhere but inside the raiding area is not allowed. (Will be treated as Attempted RDM.)

F7. You cannot make a prop un-collidable during a raid and them make it solid again to gain an advantage.

F8. You have to /advert Raid before you do it. You cannot pick a door open and then /advert.

F9. If you are in a party or gang with someone who is raiding, you need to /advert "Raid Assist."

F10. You can not solo raid the PD, must be with 2 or more players. You can solo raid other people.

F11. Raids can only last 6 minutes, then you must call off the raid. (Raids cannot last forever.)

F12. You must call /advert Raid Over once you have left the facility you raided, not while you are still inside. This is so the owner of the base you raided doesn't get confused that you aren't still in there just in case they run back in and you end up shooting them again.

No multi adverts. (Ex: /adv raid/assist/cp raid/)

Adverts that say stuff like (/adv Kos if you bark at me, annoy me, come near me as hit man, etc.) You cannot do that.

Instead you warn the specific person/situation 3 times. If after 3 warns they don't comply, then they may be killed if you warned them properly.

No abusing /adv such as saying testing your /adverts but during the so called test you raid once raid advert comes up.

DARK RP SPECIFIC JOBS

MAYOR

G1. The Mayor must lead the police force and assign them tasks.

G2. The Mayor has to make reasonable laws.

G3. Mayor must base in the PD but can venture out to visit his citizens.

G4. No random lock-downs of any sort, please give a reason over "/broadcast" before you use the lock-down command.

G5. You cannot command an officer to randomly kill people or to break any official role-play or server rule. Doing so is against the rules.

G6. You cannot have smgs, rifles, explosives, & snipers. You can only own a hand gun, nothing more.

POLICE OFFICERS AND POLICE CHIEF

H1. Police officers are not allowed to own money printers or drug labs. If you acquire one stun stick it to make money and destroy it.

H2. Police officers have to enforce the law and use the police department as their base. (You can not base or build anywhere else.)

H3. Police officers must always try to arrest criminals first before shooting to kill them. If a person is trying to harm you or anyone else they may be shot and killed.

H4. If a person is resisting arrest, you are allowed to use lethal force after giving them 3 warnings.

H5. Do not stun stick abuse (Hitting someone randomly over and over with a stun stick.)

H6. Weapon checking players randomly is not allowed. You may weapon check a player upon entering the police department or before speaking with the mayor.

H7. You may weapon check someone if you ask them if they could be weapon checked.

H8. Random arresting is not allowed, the person must be breaking a law for you to arrest them.

H9. Warranting to check a house without any proof of contraband is not allowed. This also applies for weapon checking. (Sparks from printers do not count as proof.) Legitimate proof to warrant someone is as followed: They killed someone and ran into their base; You saw someone go into their base carrying a illegal item with them. And any criminal acts done that makes them wanted also can make them warranted. Players who are arrested may also then have their house warranted and searched while they are in jail. All illegal items must be destroyed. (Stun Stick them.)

H10. Mayor's Secret Service must stay with the Mayor at all times, you are his personal bodyguard. Not police.

H11. Government officials cannot place hits.

H12. Do not arrest people if there in a sit and do not arrest admins on duty.

H13. Do not stalk criminal classes waiting for them to break the law. (This is considered baiting!)

H14. You cannot own any sort of building. The PD is the only place you can base or really be in, you may build in the pd and it's lobby.

H15. You cannot make someone wanted if you see /advert raid, you have to physically see the act to make them breaking the law.

H16. If a police officer sees someone committing a crime or doing/having something illegal, they do not have to warn you. (Police officer's, if you see someone doing something illegal, /wanted them.)

H17. If a cop sees a crime committed, he has no more than 1 min to react to it after that he can no longer do anything about it.

H18. Hits are considered murder, if you see it you can arrest/kill the person who did the hit.

H19. All Government Officials must listen to there superior, but if a person tells you to do something that is breaking the rules let an admin know or don't listen to him.

H20. Police and Police Chief can buy guns, but cannot own any type of explosive.

H21. Government Officials can /wanted you if they see you coming out of base you recently raided.

H22. You must leave the front door of the PD unlocked unless the mayor calls a lock down or the PD is getting raided.

S.W.A.T. MEMBERS

I1. You follow every rule from the police officer section.

I2. A swat sniper is only allowed to have/own ONE base. (Sniping outpost) You protect the pd and the mayor with this sniping outpost.

I3. Swat members are allowed to live at the outpost or the pd.

I4. You are not allowed to buy any gun from any gun dealer. Your class is set with your weapons.

CRIMINAL CLASSES (ANYONE WHO CAN RAID)

J1. When mugging, you have to give the person 10 seconds or more to drop no more than 5,000 dollars. You may tell them changing weapons = KOS, but you must allow the person to move his body turning left or right but if he moves from their position (taking a step forward or back) then you may KOS them.

J2. Mugging can only be done once every 5 minutes on the same person.

J3. You cannot mug hobos or pets.

J4. As a gang member waging a war on other gangs is allowed as long as the leaders of the two groups accept.

J5. The Gang Leaders are the boss of all the Gang Members. Killing him as a part of that Gang is considered Fail RP.

J6. Different Gangs may raid each other.

J7. Gangs are not allowed to raid or work together. (Such as Crips and Bloods raiding the PD.)

J8. You cannot raid the Mayor or put a hit on the Mayor within the first 5 minutes of being elected.

J9. Only one Raid Medic per group. This is to prevent certain groups to become too powerful.

J10. You cannot pickpocket players in spawn. (Relates to rule B20)

J11. You cannot pickpocket AFK Players.

J12. You cannot pickpocket the same person more than 3 times in a row.

J13. No Mugging or Kidnapping in Spawn. (Relates to rule B20)

J14. You're mugging and your friends are with you, if they do not /advert mug assist they're going to get in trouble and the mugging will be null.

J15. You must wait 15 minutes before raiding the same person/base.

HOBOS

K1. Buying a house is not allowed. You must build a place in the streets.

K2. Hobos are not allowed to have guns, except for Melee Weapons (This includes the harpoon.)

K3. Hobo's can own pets.

SHOP KEEPERS (EVERYONE WHO SELLS)

L1. You must have a shop of some form and must sell to people.

L2. You must sell to everyone. (If RP reasons call for it, you do not have to sell to particular factions or peoples.)

L3. Do not self supply guns to yourself unless intended for you to defend yourself as a dealer.

L4. One or more dealers may open a shop together.

L5. You do not need a gun license as a Gun Dealer to sell guns unless the Mayor has added a law requiring you to have one.

L6. Drug dealers may call their goods anything but drugs and they can't get in trouble for it. But if the word drug in any way is in it they can be wanted even medical drugs.

L7. Dealers cannot base with non dealers. If you want to be helpful to a gang or faction then you may open shop next to their base to assist them but you cannot be inside the base with them at all.

L8. Do not switch to this class and give your friends guns. This will be treated as self-supply.

SECURITY / BODY GUARDS

M1. You must find a person to work with you cannot base by yourself.

M2. You cannot help raid or defend raiders as a bodyguard. You guard bases, not raid them.

M3. You cannot be the Mayor's body guard, that title is reserved to the Mayor's Secret Service.

HITMEN-LIKE CLASSES

N1. Your hit price cannot exceed 5k. Any more than this is considered scamming and will be punishable.

N2. Hits on the Mayor are allowed but he must be in office for at least 5 minutes.

N3. Government officials cannot place hits. It is your responsibility to refuse their requests.
Both players will be punished if you do the hit.

N5. Hit men cannot order hits from each other. *Custom jobs may place hits with hitmen though* (Both players will be punished.)

N6. Players may place a hit on someone they plan to raid as a means to hire you to help them raid a place but once your hit is complete your job is done and you MUST leave the raid.

N7. You cannot pay someone to place a hit.

N8. You cannot join a group of people just to gain accesses to a specific person in that group to kill them and leave. Be patient and time will come.

N9. You can not base as any type of hitman job. *Unless you are a custom class*

PETS

O1. You cannot raid, or help your master raid. (Unless you're a raid pet)

O2. You may not purchase/own any weapons.

O3. You cannot steal/keep someone's money printers.

O4. You may not attack someone without reason. If you, your owner, or a friend are attacked you can bite them!

O5. Pets are needed to be actively looking for an owner.

O6. Do not Bark endlessly its a form of spam and is annoying only bark once in a while or when role play permits it. (Such as you owners base is being raided you can spam bark the raiders to scare them off.)

*ONLY Raider Pet and Police Dog can have MELEE weapons until we get the bite_swep added*
