Also the series never acknowledges the fact the goddesses are immortal and other character are not, and I doubt it ever will. To do it they'd have to kill a character most likely IF or Compa which they aren't gonna do. Also another thing a lot of series for example comic books rarely if ever have the characters age between installments (unless to serve the plot) so it really doesn't matter all that much
In all honesty, I really hate having continued this conversation here, because if I hadn't, I wouldn't have remembered that horrific DeviantArt comic that I now cannot get out of my mind.
And sorry, I don't know anything at all about Kingdom Hearts. So maybe some franchises benefit from being inconsistent and if I hadn't been so distant from videogaming in the past years I'm sure I could come up with an example or two. But not Neptunia. For me, personally, these choices are what ruins the series.
In the end, maybe Neptunia just isn't for me and it was a mistake to get into it in the first place.
