What is an Obstel, exactly?
An Obstel is a variant of observer spy, but the appearance in color is vastly different. Obstels contain light but bright colors.
There are two variants Obstels come in: Solid and Gradient .

The name "Obstel" is a combination of "Observer" and a "Pastel."
