In a nutshell:

The Nightcrow Tribe, abbreviated as "TNT" is a guild created for one specific reason, and that is to provide an active gaming community for those players that mainly play late at night (US time), after most of the regular people go to bed. TNT is not just another guild however, our goal is to provide a home for like-minded individuals from across the world for years to come. We are aiming to enable all of our members to experience and take part in all things end-game, in both PVP and PVE aspects, which they usually would not be able to experience due to their play schedule.

TNT is heavily focused on PVP (Player vs Player) aspects of the games. We strongly believe that a common guild enemy breeds strong and unbreakable bonds between guild members. To this end we will always place a strong emphasis on PVP combat and thrive to excel at it. Fighting alongside your fellow guildmates in intense fights against other players results in a strong comradeship and lasting friendships.

TNT members will always be expected, if not required, to PVP, hunt, gather, build, craft and everything else, as a group. In whatever scenario we find ourselves in, we will do things as a group for as long as it makes sense to do so. Personal gains are overshadowed by the importance of guild's well being, and the importance of the community that we create for ourselves. Just being in the same guild does not create thriving communities, what creates thriving communities is friendships that can only be created through interaction among the members. TNT can also stand for The Nightcrow TEAM.

TNT is a community rather then just a guild. We utilize forums as a form of a glue that will keep us all together even when we are not in game. This is essential. All TNT members are required and expected to use our forums regularly. Forums are extremely important to us. Needless to say, if you are the type of person that does not bother to read and post on forums, we ask that look for another guild instead.

While in game, everybody is expected to use voice chat, even if you are soloing and doing your own thing. From our point of view, by using forums while out of the game, and then using voice chat while in game, creates a social dynamic that is far superior to only communicate through game chat. As with forums, all applicants (and members) should use our voice chat or look for another guild to join.
