ITS NOT WORKING BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT WITHDRAW THEIR ITEM ON RAFFLE #2 AND IT SAYS I CANT CREATE A RAFFLE IF I HAVE ITEMS WAITING TO BE WITHDRAWN
AND ITS NOT LETING ME WITHDRAW IT SO PROBABLY BLAME GEORGE
