The Best TF2 In-Game Comp Team

Welcome. Please take the time to read the description.

If you are an official member of Kaiser Reich and have the tag [KaiserReich], you will be automatically promoted to moderator. Only supporters of the group and just random people will not be promoted and will stay as a normal member.

Permissions

  • Normal members are non-team members and do not affiliate themselves with Kaiser Reich. No permissions are granted. Only their presence in the Steam group will present their support for our team.
  • Moderators are considered official members and fully participate in Kaiser Reich's activities. They display their names with the tag, [KaiserReich]. Their actions are affiliated with Kaiser Reich and decisions made within the team are part of their discretion. They are granted permission to use announcements, comments, events, discussions, etc. However, they cannot invite members.
  • Officers are a slight upgrade from moderators and are part of the team. They are allowed to monitor the chat room (if it ever gets used in the first place).
  • Owner + administrators are granted full permissions within the group.

This group also supports EU4. If you have the game, make sure to tell us so we can play on the same servers. We don't have any future plans so far.

I believe we have all the necessary members invited to the Kaiser Reich Steam group. Now we should decide how serious we are going to take this TF2 and EU4 team.

I SUGGEST EVERYONE READ THE GROUP DESCRIPTION ON THE HOME PAGE.

Agenda (please respond to the following questions):

1. How serious are we going to go with this team? To what degree?
2. Scheduled team meetings for practice/competitive matches are a possibility.
3. Is a professional logo for our team necessary or not? Again, this runs along the lines of how serious we are going to take this team and to what degree.
4. How much participation in the team should we require out of all team members? For example, how many practices they have to show up to and how many events we have to coordinate, et cetera...
5. Should we continue reaching out towards the Steam community for more recruits and members?
6. We need a way of communicating and coordinating together. That means we need to create a Discord channel and everyone needs a microphone. Those who haven't been talking are STRONGLY recommended that they get a microphone and the Discord talk application.


If we don't get enough replies, I will declare efforts null and void and discontinue attempts to grow the group. So if you see this message,
