All donations are final. Donations do not guarantee access to Just Play! servers. Just Play!, its owners, staff, partners, or subsidiaries (hereafter "Just Play!"), provides the enumerated services ("donation tiers") upon receipt of funds by the user ("donator") of the respectively listed threshold of each donation tier at its sole discretion, not as a function of sale, barter, trade, deal, or otherwise implied agreement or arrangement. Just Play! reserves the right to refuse, reject, cancel, or otherwise terminate any donation tier or any part thereof for any donator at any time for any reason. Donators whose donations are revoked, cancelled, refunded, "charged back", or in any other way removed from the possession of Just Play! without the expressed written consent of all Just Play! staff ("superadmins") are in violation of these terms and may have their donator tier or Just Play! access revoked without warning or notice. Donators who are at any time in violation of these terms, Just Play! rules or guidelines, Valve or Steam rules or guidelines, or any law, domestic or foreign, may have access to Just Play! servers revoked without warning or notice.
