HRE Rules :

Formal Statutes
Each regiment will hold at least 30 minutes of training per week on their own time which is convenient to a maximum number of said regiments’ numbers.

A whisper list will be set up before every single linebattle between all regimental commanders (even temporary NCO commanders) and tested before the linebattle begins

If the Emperor gives a reasonable order contrary to the order of a regimental commander, the Emperor’s order supersedes that of an oberst.

The mercenary ban will only be applied on a regimental basis. Regimental leaders will be responsible for their mercenaries (both in and out of game). Can be revoked and reinstated at will by the Emperor.

No Oberst wields more authority than another Oberst - All conflicts will be resolved by Waters on a case-by-case basis

Desegregation rule: All members of the HRE must be free to join any other public, non passworded channel in the HRE teamspeak. Toxic behavior rules still apply.

Informal Statutes
-NO GLOBAL unless nice things (not even to defend ourselfs, just take it and ask to 1v1)
-Obersts will take a stronger position against racism and toxic behavior in their regiments especially during linebattles
-Waters will start to exercise more power as Emperor (orders in game, out of game discipline etc.)
-No trolling in HRE tags

Punishments
Four Strikes: Strike time varies based on Oberst to Oberst
Warning (Can be given out by any Oberst - must be backed with evidence)
Probation/Demotion
Suspension/Demotion
Banned from HRE (With Waters’ Consent)

N Word Rule: If any HRE members types the N word during a linebattle or HRE event (team chat, public chat, or admin chat) they will be instantly removed for the remainder of the event and given a strike

People in the HRE must be in an HRE regiment or a veteran on said regiments.
