Fantalus Serious RP Operational Principles

Server Goal: To create an environment which efficiently encourages and rewards genuine roleplayers and promotes many factions instead
one or two oversized ones, and inspires factions to take a positive and active role in creating a vibrant and engaging RP atmosphere.

We are a group of Roleplayers in the Fantalus Serious RP server for mount and blade persistent world's mod. We strive to create an engaging and entertaining environment for all players, and specialize in creating fun roleplaying situations through a dynamic, engaging role in the server as a faction that is consistent with the performance of a non-admin faction, but with all the discipline and function of the best RPers we can find!

Ranks:
Military Ranks:
Field Marshall: Overseer of all military operations in admin controlled faction.
Lieutenant: Overseer of specific military operations in admin controlled faction. Assigned by either Field Marshall or King.
Sentry: Specializes in border control and bandit hunting
Footman: Standard infantry unit
Archer: Standard ranged skirmisher
Knight: Mounted soldier

Civilian and Miscellaneous Ranks:
Sir: A nobleman. Nobles are assigned to various diplomatic and bureaucratic roles and positions.
Foreman: Manages economic operations, such as mining or crafting operations of multiple workers.
