Istorijat DKG-a

Klan DKG je osnovan "daleke" 1998 godine sa sedištem u Vojislava Ilića (Beograd). Osnovan od strane Ashmodee-a kao klan za TeamFortres u osnovi iako su svi članovi klana bili izvanredni igrači Quake-a. Sa napretkom tehnologije i igara većina članova je presla na Quake 2 a kasnije i na Counter Strike.

Samo ime klana DKG je proisteklo iz mitologije Elder Scrolls igara i znači Daedra Knights Guild. Izvod iz knjige koji objašnjava šta su Daedre:

It is improper, however customary, to refer to the denizens of the dimension of Oblivion as “demons.” This practice probably dates to the Alessian Doctrines of the First Era prophet Marukh -- which, rather amusingly, forbade “trafficke with daimons” and then neglected to explain what daimons were.
It is most probable that “daimon” is a misspelling or etymological rendition of “Daedra,” the old Elven word for those strange, powerful creatures of uncertain motivation who hail from the dimension of Oblivion. (“Daedra” is actually the plural form; the singular is “Daedroth.”)

Konkretan prevod daje saznanje da su Daedre polubožanstva / poludemoni obdareni nadljudskim moćima... te su takvi i vitezovi Gilde..... :-)
