How these raffles work:
Each raffler (admins, moderators or owner), will post an announcment with their item they want to raffle. If the players want to join, they must use the trade offer which will be included, towards the raffler, and pay the entry fee. Once the entry fee is paid, the player is allowed to pay the maxium metal allowed for 1 person. Ask for the slots you want when offering the trade. When all the slots are fufilled, winners are chosen from random.org.
