DO'S AND DONT'S

DO:

Be available frequently. Being constantly available to play will be a lot less headache, and will allow for scrim, match, and reviewing arrangements to be a lot easier.

Practice as often as possible. There are many different ways that you can practice honing your skills individually in the competitive tf2 world. Do some research, and spend as much time as you can improving yourself.

Understand your boundaries. While it's good to get a lot of practice in, if you feel like you're becoming very aggravated, frustrated, and/or stressed, take a break. Get off the computer for a while, take a walk, drink water. Do something to relieve those feelings, and be sure that you're fully relieved of them before you continue playing.
_______________________________________________________________
DON'T:

Be a ♥♥♥♥. Trash-talking, being rude, being disrespectful, and/or being a condescending ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can result in a kick from the team.

Get tilted. Especially before a scrim or match. Trying to play competitively after undergoing a lot of stress, anger, and/or frustration will only throw off your gamesense, your mindset, and your skill.

Leave for an extended period of time without telling an admin why. Refer to the availability thing. If you're going somewhere for a while and it's mandatory for you to go, at least tell one of the admins. Failure to do so can result in a kick.
