P.E.N.G.U.I.N is a special service (SS) group founded by Nolan Macintosh in 1996. After bioterrorists claimed his family during a brutal raid on a African colony, Macintosh joined the British Army, rising up in the ranks and achieving great success.

When he found out that the bioterrorists that abducted his family were planning to use Antarctica as grounds for nuclear war, he founded P.E.N.G.U.I.N to stop them.

Our job is to research Antarctica and keep it safe from nuclear war. We are P.E.N.G.U.I.N.
