What The Group is Really Made For... (For the Time Being)

I'm making a group for Snipers in TF2 (Might also teach in CS:GO as well). But it's not going to be a regular Sniper clan, no. This one will have a system to it. A learning system. In this group there will be people titled as Teachers. There will be those titled as Assistants, and the rest will be Students. Now I can't just pick people to be Teachers and such off the bat. Then people will start assuming i am playing favorites. So instead of picking a title for the members, they will have to earn it. And that will be through a tourn. Random Snipers will be put against eachother to face off. Who ever drops out before the Semi-finals are Students. Those who drop in the Semi-finals are marked as Assistants. The top players who have worked their way to the top will be titled as Teachers. With this sorted out, and everyone placed fairly, the group will then split into Divisions. Each Teacher will have a number of Assistants and Students under their watch to teach. There will be rules made for training requests and such as well. As of a way to avoid annoying your Teacher and bothering them constantly. There will also be a ranking system to this, but it's a one way street. And that is moving up. If you can, for example, beat over half the assistants or all, you will become an Assistant yourself. If you can beat your Teacher, more than once, and not all in one day, you will be made a experienced Sniper. And, if you think you can handle the responsibility, you can have the option of being a Teacher yourself. I have currently 21 Snipers, uncluding you, that I hope to be a part of this group. I want you in it, and I want you to try your best. And no matter what happens, what place you get.
