How Slender's Customs Officers works:
Step 1: Choose a class between Soldier, Pyro or Heavy;
Step 2: Go near PvP entrance;
Step 3: Stay there and change your name to |SCOU| Hit me and pay £10 to PvP;
Step 4: Well, just stay there and let people hit you before entering PvP. However many dudes will not do it, but when someone smart does it, it feels satisfying. Also, always say thanks if they do it :3
