Join the union! Become unstoppable!

the idea behind this to be able to press demands against a regiment. If we have members in a regiment, we gain leverage over that regiment. if they attempt to ban a member of the union from the regiment for no good reason, we can threaten them with all Union members in the regiment leaving. If they attempt to do something else disfavourable we can go on strike (not attend events). the biggest advantage to joining the union is protection. if you are banned from a regiment successfuly then we can (with your consent) move you to a new reg (possibly maintaining you enlisted rank) we have more power over. the more union members in a regiment, the better. more members means more impact. we activly recruit, and wish for you to recruit your friends/regiment members. the point of this is to be in a regiment and gain the benefits of the union at the same time. all members welcom from recruit to colonel. Union members are expected to get along. union offices are recruiting.
