To join the clan, you need to obey these rules:

Do not fight your clan-mates in moral means
Try not to be opponents in TF2 with your clan-mates unless it's a friendly match
Every person MUST HAVE a hat/misc other than the achievement hats or any gibuses. And if you're confused, no hats that are given to you freely like Mann Co. Cap. This is basically because I have played with gibus wearers myself and I know that some of them are not really good.
