Unfortunately, for me, my computer is not capable to run fallout 4 fellow fallout fans, but fear not, I have another computer that I will be using and I will be using it to run and play fallout 4. I will be broadcasting my gameplay of it from either 5 Eastern Standard Time or 7 Eastern Standard Time, depending on circumstances. Good luck out there Fallout Fans!

Each tier of perk will have a different one.
Tier one of strength 1 perk, iron fist. (+20% unarmed damage)

True, in fact perks will be taking the place of skills, this has not been fully confimed though.

Fallout 4 will NOT have skills, we don't know what will be in place of skills but they will NOT be in Fallout 4
