So I wasn't here today but I got a general sense of what happened.

Here is my overview

Rawr-You need to go less for the frags (all by yourself), stay more passive, push with the team. Staying alive is extremely important. If you want to improve your dm you should mge everyday (even if its only 2 or 3 matches, since it improves muscle memory. You may hate it but it really helps), also pug more. While pugs may be unoraganized its still a really effective way to train your dm for 6's)

Box- You need to offclass less. The prescence of a sniper or spy isnt felt as much as a soldier. Sure, when protecting last you might go for heavy/pyro/engy and when pushing for last (when the play is stagnated) you may want to go sniper or spy to give your team a man advantage. I've also been told you need to work on your jumps. Jump maps wont help you for this as jump maps incoporate many skills which you will not need. The best remedy for this is to actually go on a empty map, equip the rocket jumper and practice the actual jumps. This helps your muscle memory and makes everything so much easier. You should also pug more! Roamers are fun to play in pugs, you simply jump and kill. Fun stuff. Flod:
You have to remember, demoing in pug's are very different from scrims. You shouldn't have to cap any points (when there are other players around you). Points doesnt matter, it is a bad habit that pug's breed in players. In actual competitve matches, demo's usually score 1/2 to 2/3 of the lowest player. In the time that it takes you to cap spire, you should be laying down traps or spamming pipes so that when your scout caps nothing can get to him (just an example). Also call out your damage, even if its only 30, say something like "scout took 30". It really helps the team understand the meta of the game better by knowing their opponents health. Tyler told me you dont do a lot of damage so I think that is something you should focus on. At the end of the day, no one is going to look at your points an give a ♥♥♥♥. Everything you do is to win and points won't make a difference. So what if the enemy team only has 1 up and the capture is almost finished. Just walk foward and push ahead.

Its a simple guide, will take you 5 minutes to go through everything. Familiarise yourself with the names of locations, it helps our team communicate better.

On the note of commication, if you so much as 30 damage on an enemy, call it out (Medic took 30) It may determine whether or not we go for a push or we back out. Even if it doesnt, we still know whether or not we should be rushing at that target (scouts) or whether the roamer can bomb sucessfully or not.
