Team Fortress Two Raffle Group. Est. 2014

This group was formed due to the founders' dissatisfaction with other raffle groups running high slot number, high entry cost raffles with fairly average payout. We feel this is unfair and decided to do things our way.

We aim to produce a fairer raffle experience by running:
1. Low slot number raffles with moderate-high entry costs, high win chances and great prizes.
2. High slot number raffles with low entry costs, moderate win chances and great prizes. The advantage of this is that even though your win chance is low, so is the loss if you do not win.
3. Occasional free raffles across the first group members to put their names down. These will have good prizes and will be our way of giving back the profits from raffles back to the group.

Now, you may be be thinking "How do I know this isn't a scam?" Fair point, we are a new group and are just getting the ball rolling. The short answer is - You don't. However, to start off with we will run a few low slot, low entry, moderate prize raffles to prove that we pay out. We will slowly build up from there. As more are run and feedback comes in, we can prove that we do what we promise. Your trust is incredibly important.

Procedure


We will announce raffles when we feel it is a good time. We will aim to keep them regular but please remember - the group admins have lives offline too and sometimes these may interfere and produce delays. Never fear, we will try to minimise delays and they are just that - delays. Things will all happen as advertised.

Raffles will have slot numbers, entry costs and prizes announced in the announcement.

To either of the trade offer links included in the raffle announcement!

More than one entry may be bought per raffle! Just send payment for the extra entries in the trade offer and write how many entries you are buying as confirmation.

Trade offers/Entries will be declined if:
The raffle is already full
The required information is not included
Items other than the entry cost are included UNLESS it is stated that these are to be used as raffle prizes. They will then be put in a free/low entry cost raffle.

Please do not change your username hugely while a raffle is filling or being drawn as it may make it hard to pay out. We will try our best to find you if you do change name but if we absolutely cannot then another winner will be drawn. Be assured we expect to have few issues with this.


Feel free to post feedback on the group, whether it be positive or suggestions for improvement. Please do not whine if you did not win, you knew that not winning was possible when you entered.


Milestones


At each of these a free entry raffle WILL be run, in addition to occasional random free raffles. For free raffles the first members to respond to the announcement will gain slots. One entry per member per free raffle.
