ABOUT Comp TF2 PUGS

This gorup was made to create competitive TF2 PUGS for people to play and enjoy.

When do PUGs start?

Generally, I will start a PUG either when somebody asks me to, or when I have the time and feel willing to make one.

How do I join?

When a group annocement is made and a PUG is starting, you should join the group chat. At that point, once we have 12 players, we will join a game server and two people will be choosen as captains (they will also be the medics). Those two people will then go to a desginated area on the map and have a medic melee fight. The winner picks first.

We will have a variety of PUGs, some will be 6v6, some will be 9v9, if we can ever get enough people. And there will be the occasional Ultiduo (1 medic and 1 soldier.)

NOTE: As of right now, we do not have our own server to host PUGs on. (We need to borrow them from a website.)

We also do not have our own mumble.

We need this group to grow so that we can have people ready to PUG on a consistent basis. As it stands currently, only 10 people are in the group. That's enough for all the minor types of competitive games, such as Ultioduos, 4v4s, and 5v5s, but we can't do anything like 6s or Highlander.

Please note that it doesn't matter what skill level you or your friends are, just invite them. As extra incentive, if you invite 5 or more people and they join the group, you will be promoted and have the ability to create PUGs.
