Welcome to the TeamFortress Endangered Species Agency! We here have three goals and are listed in order of discovery:

TF2 is a strange place, with many unusual creatures... Form the Shpee, to the Hoovy. There are many things we research here! When we do discover an endangered species, we will be the first to research them and study their behavior. After enough research is provided, we officialize their existance and their rarity.

A classification of rareness has been established, and ranges from 1-100.
**The higher the value the more rare the species is**
Common:1-10
Uncommon:11-30
Unusual: 31-60
Scarce: 61-80
Rare: 81-100

Description: The Xcout is a extremely rare creature that is very close to extinction. It is seen to be wearing a Alien head mask and will be equiped with the force of nature. It fires below itself when in air to make it appear as if it were flying. These creatures are very stealth, but still goof off at the young age.

Special Notices: 1. The Xcout used to be a level 30, but went close to extinction because of new hats and the past ones maturing.
2. Engineers, Xcouts will always ram themselves into sentries for fun...
3. The Xcout takes orders from no one.

Description: The Hoovy is a entity that is known to be seen happy at almost all times. They are known to roam through all servers giving health from sandviches to all team members. Including the enemies. They are extremely tolerant to being shoot by its enemies.

Hoovies also are seen wearing the cutest clothing they can find. This includes all christmas clothes.

Special Notices: WARNING! Even though they are usually peaceful, these creatures can be known to strike back at an enemy if forced.
