1.) Do not remove anyone from the group without telling me.

2.) Although allowed to demote someone, consult me first.

3.) Do not start a war between you guys, if you guys go insane these nerds probably will too.

4.) I'm relying on you, yes YOU to keep the group in tip-top shape. Hopefully one of you care enough to keep the group runnin' while I'm gone.
