The time has come for an update!
We are proud to announce the addition of multiple sub communities along with a new allied server connection, the AceRTS gaming & content server!

I do not mean to send this to bother anyone, but an important server-wide change has been implemented.

We never intended for this community to have a name attracting controversy around suggestive themes. As much as we could explain and justify "FreaksWannaPlay" as our community title, marketing with the name makes us sound like a suggestive server. We unfortunately made a change to the name of the server tonight effective immediately.

I am proud to announce that our community name is now "The Fools Will Persist". I intend for this name to invoke a medieval theme or feel of time with a tone around the trials between good and evil of the times. The name change is ultimately done in the goal to sound less suggestive out of context.

The new theme is set more based around a fictional theme of medieval knights, time travel or extraterrestrial talks, historical / futuristic discussion, and how life fits in with time and the world around us we know to understand.

Anything that is an old announcement, old discussion, or old info pertaining to us being the FreaksWannaPlay will stay as there's no reason to erase our server history just for a name change presently accounted for.

RIP FreaksWannaPlay namesake. Press Arnold for respect.

Portal 2 and LFD2 but no Deep Rock Galactic? Sounds like a missed opportunity - if anyone wants to go on a magical mystery tour that is open to mods, Doom-esque movement/gunplay, onslaught mode swarms, then I welcome anyone whom wants the challenge and maybe it'll get it added to the list of games. Warning: Performance mods advised even with a desktop GTX 1080 at 1080p. Running the game this Friday at 7PM EDT.
