i have 144 hz monitor. by default running the game will get to 8000+ fps in the menu and cutscene which cause tearing and other problems. the game itself is like 200+. i want to either have 144 or 60. how do i do this

THE GAME KEEPS TURNING BLACK AND PLAYING WEIRD SOUNDS. I CAN ONLY SEE THE MAP. I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIX IT I COULD PLAY BEFORE, BUT AFTER I CHANGED THE SETTINGS IT ONLY SHOW A BLACK SCREEN WITH WEIRD SOUNDS. NOW I CAN’T PLAY AT ALL. Edit= I found the solution.
