Hey everyone, I heard that the game did NOT go well for us tonight and thats something I'd really like to address.

So to start off I'm really sorry i couldn't be there it was my fault but i had some things to do that were far more important than playing tf2. Next, i heard the ringers weren't so good... But you will be happy to note that they will NEVER ring for our team again. Instead i will use players who i know have experience and will put effort into playing the game right. Moving on, I also heard that a TON of you were NOT in mumble. To be honest here, i think communication is the baseline of winning pretty much ANY competitive game. I mean if you have a medical problem or you have no mic or some other personal reason which makes you unable to talk, thats completly fine. But if you fail to even get into mumble and just listen with headphones or speakers, then your in danger of getting cut from the team. Next point. The rules. So some of us decided to break some of the ugc rules that is completly unexceptable. I advise ALL of you to read over the rules again. This brings me onto my next and final point. Cuts. Yes being cut from the team. For all those people out there who have not played with us or dont play that often with us or are just not on at all that much are getting CUT.

Sorry if i sound like a hard ass but i feel like this is unexceptable. It also puts a reputation on us too so...
