Hell no, if i was being paid to do this i would pay you but im doing this for fun, if you do a good job i might give you a gift or some small amount of money

Well yes and no, if you want to do voice acting you dont have to. If you want to help design or test it then you definetly need it

Where does the mod take place?

If youve played fallout nv it takes place in the mojave wasteland. You can start the quest in a NCR camp near Brooks tumble weed ranch. The acutally quest is in a city i am working on called new willsburg
