No Heal Pyro Movement

These pyro's are utter aids. They need to be removed and or nerfed hard. Until then, THESE PYRO'S GET NO HEALS FROM US FELLOW MEDICS! We are tired of being called by these pyros for us to help them be annoying as possible. LET THEM DIE AND WATCH THEM BLEED.
