Randomized raffles

Me and my friend decided to open this little group for RAFFLES.
We will raffle hats and items daily. Anyone can enter.
You will need to give 1 scrap to have a chance to win. You can add more to get more chance. We will use these scraps to raffle hats and items more often. Sometimes we will raffle more hats and items in one raffle so you can even win two hats, or another player will win it.
We will pick the winner by a randomizer program.
