Welcome! This whole thing is about a certain bald Engie hat called "Marzen's Magical AIDS Cancer". If you are gifted this hat, you have contracted the deadly disease. The only way to cure it is to pass it along! (trade it to others to spread the disease! :3)

Update: Scott VGCats Guy has my AIDs loves it so much that he refuses to pass it along, so the AIDs has stopped with him :D. Blame him for this not spreading.
