(Sorry for being he second one) I forgot to add that once you port forward you have to go on whatismyip.com and find your ip. Then tell the other people who you want to play what your ip is, and you're done! (The ip changes about every 8-12 hrs, so you have to go back on the site to find ur new ip.

I apologize for being off for so long, but here is how to port forward on a windows computer and Netgear router:
1. Press the windows button and r at the same time on the keyboard
2. In the box that appears, type cmd and press enter
3. In the next box that appears, type ipconfig and press enter
4. Look for the default gateway, then type it into your internet browser
5. On the page that appears, as long as no one has changed it, the username is admin and the password is password
6. Go to advanced settings and look for a box saying something about port forwarding
7. On the page, find a place that says new, if I remember correctly it's something like that, and then open up cmd and ipconfig again
8. Find your ipv4 address and type it into the place on the router website
9. Name it and you are done!
