In order to get promoted:
Show constant activity
Have atleast 10 hours in each recommended game
Be a good member
I will decide who will get promoted and who will not

In order to get Demoted:
Be an A$$hole
Ask for promotion
Show no activity
Abuse your powers (Commands and what your able to edit and crap like that)
