EU SFM Poster for Teacher's - Mod's and Owner! (Must Read)

Hello Everyone - CryptXacaron here!

I would like to tell you that I'm going to hire a SFM artist to make a poster
that would include all of the jump academy teacher's - mod's and the owner. However instead of a boring old stock soldier loadout poster, i would you to post in have comment's down below explaining your loadout that you use the most for soldier in TF2 (obsly)!
I also want to say (for people who didnt catch it) this poster is only for EU staff of the JA!

The reason why I had this idea was I saw this poster created by a canadian SFM artist!

I just thought it would be awesome if all of the EU staff where together like that, what do you think?

Well, it seems that almost every time I am on the New York Server. There's almost always one or more people either mic-spamming, an angry child, wants to trade or all three combined. I love the Jump Academy Servers and I'll be on it helping people and watching them get better as long as I can. But when I see hit like this going on, it's a bit of a high-killer for lack of a better term in my head.

So I was thinking that since I'm on frequently, have experience as a mod from other TF2 community groups such as Railbait, Skial, FUTH & .noobz, I thought I'd apply as a moderator. Only problem is, I'm not sure who to talk too. If anyone on the staff sees this and can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful. Not to sound sentimental I mean the only object I've ever loved was Felicity Aurora but the Jump Academy community is a close competitor and much like Felicity, I'd hate to see it turn into a Stomping ground for angry, scrap-dealing 5-year olds.
