Naked bodybuilding is a sport where well-muscled men go onto a stage fully nude and show off their bodies. They are judged by the aesthetics of their muscles as well as the aesthetics of their penis. At the same time, they attempt to ejaculate as many times as they can. If they can time their ejaculations to a muscle pose, that counts for extra. The ability to do this is called ♥♥♥♥ control.

Naked bodybuilders train for hours each day in male-only gyms, where they are assisted by naked bodybuilding assistants (NBAs) who exercise their man meat orally, anally, or manually. NBAs are colloquially known as training twinks.

The International Federation of Naked Bodybuilders, or IFNB, is the premier organization that organizes naked bodybuilding competitions, at both the pro and amateur levels.
