Honest Rafflers -- We decide who is safe to raffle with!

If you have found this page, you might be asking yourself how we operate. Well as you may know, there is a trust system that people have been abiding by on Steam for quite a while. It is called SteamRep.

Although some may call it a trustworthy card, SteamRep is the whole basis of the community judging that user for what he/she has done to deserve it, wether it be scamming, and giving them -Rep or them doing something very generous, earning them +Rep.

If you are a TF2 Trader, you will already know that most trade servers do not allow raffles to be held by one user alone. Why? Because it is far too easy to say you are raffling something, get people to pay an entry fee, and then simply disconnect.

We at Honest Rafflers Believe that we can man User-Oriented raffles work! As you may have noticed, this group is not public. Meaning, you must be invited.

In order to gain entry, you must have a friend who can invite you in here, or, explain in detail on why you should become ommited. Some of those details must include: fair rules in your raffle, user consent (refunds), History/Logs of all raffles, A non-bius way of chosing a winner (We reccomend a random number generator, such as rolz.org), and of course, positive steam reputation.

If someone is in this group, and they are hosting a raffle, you can trust them!
