I made this because of all the hatless men there are in. When you are in this group, I dont expect you to give a hat to every hatless man you see. If you can, leave your backpack to user only, because I will hold a raffle for a hat every so often (basically, you can donate a hat to me or one of the admins and we will raffle it away to others in the group).
