High School Esports League

Hello everybody,
Have you ever wanted esports to be recognized on the same level as traditional sports? Gamers are not brainless people in front of computers, but talented artists who tire endlessly perfecting their skills. I created this league to try to unify schools to create a league, and hopefully make this idea come to life. Once we get more than 1,000 members (hopeful :D) I will bring this group to my school administrators, and if this comes to life, we can all remember this as something we did that changed the world.

Games:
Right now, we are focusing on mostly free-to-play games that require a high skill level, or involve large amounts of team play. Titles such as Dota 2, League of Legends, Team fortress 2, and Tribes Ascend come to mind. Hopefully, once we get sponsors, we can incorporate non-free games such as Counter Strike, etc.
(personally I am a FPS fan, but I'm accepting towards all genres of games)

Aim: I really hope that someday, esports will be recognized as a real sport. However, I can't do this alone. If everyone who sees this could create a group for their school, and tell everyone about this group, that would be awesome. How cool would it be to know that your town was the best at Dota 2? Imagine if we had valve-sponsored tournaments too!

Note: I do realize that the whole process is much more complex than it seems, and I recognize that. I'm dreaming big here, we probably won't actually get that far. But hey! Anythings possible!
