We are the (2nd department of) the High(er)tower Police Department.
These are the rules:
Don't kill friendlies.(tauntkilling is allowed)
Don't cap
NO SENTRIES!!!
Taunkiling is considered sex, meaning that if you tauntkill someone without them wanting it, you are RAPING the other person. That is an offense.
No spawncamping.
No hacking.

We almost have 5 members!
Once we have 5 members, than we are going to have a scout bird suicide as a ritual.
