Make sure you have winrar
http://www.mediafire.com/download/t7z50noyq4ls9pc/CSS_Content_Addon_%28Dec2013%29.rar

  • Extract the .zip file
  • There should be a folder in the folder.
  • Move the folder (the one inside the original folder) to your desktop.
  • Open up your Garry's Mod directory in file explorer and go to the addons folder Default is C:/Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons (This is where all your workshop content is downloaded to)
  • Move the folder from your desktop into the addons folder.
  • Boot up Garry's Mod and enjoy your CS:S textures!
