RULES OF THE TEAM

1.)Have fun, we all love having a good time and don't mind losing as long as everyone has fun

2.)Take a joke, we poke fun at eachother so if you can't stand the occasional poke you might want to look elsewhere

3.)Be mature, other teams and perhaps team mate play poorly from time to time, no insulting over it (make a joke sure)

4.)Try to be punctual, make the scrims as often as you can and forewarn if not possible.

5.)Try to win, no giving up, EVER. We may lose but the other team and team mates deserve your best.

Double Ups are coming this weekend.
The first will be 8:30pm Eastern to 9:30pm Eastern
Second will be 9:30pm Eastern to 10:30pm Eastern

Because time may be tight I will always try to organize a slightly less skilled team first to allow a fast turn over to the second and to give us a warm up for the more skilled team that will be the second one.

And before you say that I'm an idiot for getting 2 teams of different skill level and not 2 really good teams the reason is simple; Practice is practice and secondly a less organized/skilled team will allow as a test for strategies and tactics we want to test to see if worth doing in the 2nd.

Another reason the 2 scrims are back to back is to allow the second team to get a proper head count in so when the first scrim is done they can hop in and ready up instead of the diddling around that is apt to occur.

now to get the heart of the matter. Do NOT. TALK. ♥♥♥♥. Or GLOAT.
We want these scrim partners to come back (if we find them palatable) and I cannot spend the time finding 2 different scrim partners a week so we will be seeing a lot of the same people when this starts. I will however try my best to get a nice array of partners to pick from (You can too, this is heavily recommended) so we can see different strategies and tactics.

Practice in the Future

Map overviews in the future will be done on Saturdays and Fridays at 9pm- 9:30pm Eastern. If wished by the majority this can be changed; It will also be possible upon request to simply go over it one on one provided there is good reason and does not interrupt a prior responsbility (simply ask)

These overviews will take no more then a half hour; However it can go longer if team mates and members want to go over other potential strategies after going over the default.

Going over maps will be done by everyone spectating me whilst I go over call outs and general positioning. Once this is done people are free to simply walk around and and explore and get a feel for the map. And as always because I'm a bastard I'll have everyone go to a spot that I call out to see if people know what spot I'm referring to.

As for mics and chatter during a map overview you may talk and do as you wish as long as it does not interrupt anyone else's ability to learn the map.
If it does a local mute will be suggested.

And finally to wrap this whole spiel up~
You guys may contest this idea for future practices if more then half dislike this idea. If you do go ahead and post a comment if a comment is not posted it will be seen as an "okay" to this.
