Teamspeak Changes

I've updated the teamspeak and given it a bit of an overhaul. Tags now have icons as well as the talk power was changed for certain tags so that people with admin or moderator would be higher up in the channel than those without. I also created an Administration area for those who are moderators or higher, along with corresponding offices. There is also a donating area for those who have/are donating. If anyone wants to see any changes in the teamspeak just leave a comment and i'll see what can/will change.

1. Updated firewall, also optimized all servers CPU Allocation and bandwidth.

2. Added Captcha to the forums www.extragaming.club/forums and pruned some parts of the forums

3. Updated the forum ban list again.
